APOLLO

APOLLO is a global clinical trial for adults with advanced solid tumors, including head and neck squamous cell carcinoma, non-small cell lung cancer, and various gastrointestinal and gynecological tumors. It is assessing the safety, tolerability, and preliminary effectiveness of an investigational therapy called CR-002.

CR-002 is an investigational antibody-drug conjugate, or ADC, designed to find cancer cells that have high levels of PD-L1, a protein found on many tumors and at lower levels in healthy tissue.

CR-002 is designed to attach to cancer cells that have a protein called PD-L1, which is found on many tumors, and deliver an anti-cancer treatment directly inside those cells. By targeting a protein that is more common on cancer cells than on many healthy cells, CR-002 is being studied for its potential to attack tumor cells while limiting effects on healthy tissue.

You may be able to join APOLLO if you:

  • Are 18 years or older
  • Have one of the types of cancer being studied (head and neck squamous cell carcinoma, bile duct, gastric, gastroesophageal junction, esophageal, ovarian, endometrial, cervical, and non-small cell lung cancer) and it has progressed or spread
  • Meet additional criteria for the study. The study staff will help you determine if you are eligible to participate.

The safety and efficacy of investigational agents and/or investigational uses of approved products have not been established.
